With the arrival of a brand new £50m ship, it was the perfect time to introduce a whole new direction and look, for a brand we had worked on for over 20 years.
New look TV
Giving people more reasons to travel by sea, helps give the brand a real purpose, and transitions Condor from an 'a to b' ferry into an experience-led proposition. By using TV, not only could we tell a compelling story, but we could use emotion to draw more people into the product.
Taking couples and families on holiday, re-uniting friends and families, and providing a year-round lifeline service between the UK, Channel Islands and France – Condor Ferries helps to bring prosperity to the communities it serves. A new positioning needed to reflect all of these things, and become the ideal vehicle to re-position the company from an operationally led service to a customer focused business.
The new identity we built for them around 'Good Times' encompasses all touch points, and makes them one of the few ferry companies in the UK not to use red and blue. The 'Good Times' concept and our new branding has been rolled out across all of their marketing material with great success – from ship liveries and print material, through to TV creative and website design/development.
