Filmmaker / Content Creator

Location: Bournemouth HQ (Granville Chambers, Richmond Hill).

Typically 3 days in the Bournemouth office, 2 days at home.

We’re growing and on the lookout for a social-first filmmaker/content creator who can transform ideas into scroll-stopping content.

The Role

This is not a standard production role. It’s about living and breathing TikTok, Reels, Shorts and beyond – spotting the cultural moments that matter and shaping them into content that drives engagement.

You’ll be behind the lens and in the edit suite, working hands-on to create dynamic short-form content, often on-location across the country. You’ll be at the heart of campaigns for our clients and our own channels, pushing creative boundaries every day.

If you’ve built your own TikTok/Instagram following or you’ve got a track record of producing breakthrough social content for others, then we want you.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver short-form video content optimised for social-first platforms
  • Travel to locations across the UK to capture content in real-world environments
  • Spot and react quickly to emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments
  • Craft sharp, compelling hooks that capture attention in the first seconds
  • Use culturally relevant formats to keep content fresh and authentic
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and account teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage projects end-to-end – from pre-production to delivery
  • Work as part of our award-winning content team, who will support, challenge, and always have your back

What We’re Looking For

  • A social-first creator – film is your craft, but TikTok/Instagram is your stage
  • Proven experience shooting/editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
  • Bonus - editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
  • Willingness to be on camera as well as being behind it
  • An instinct for storytelling, pacing, and what makes audiences stay watching
  • Obsessed with culture, trends, and the internet’s next big thing
  • Experience building your own social presence OR producing standout social content for brands
  • Full UK driving license required for travel to client offices and campaign shoots.
  • Bonus: motion graphics/animation or photography skills
  • A dog lover, we have quite a few at the office most days, and they’re all very cute!
