Fish for...dogs? Our work for Fish4Dogs is a classic example of shifting brand perceptions and ultimately changing consumer behaviour to Switch to Fish!
As soon as we were appointed, we began to understand the product realised the massive market opportunity in fish. It really was the perfect protein for dogs of all shapes and sizes. The brand just needed to be more confident in owning it!
Data and our research showed the rise in humanisation of dogs. We were also in the midst of a healthy eating boom for people. We needed to marry the two. If dog owners, who see their dog as an extension of the family, could relate their diet (the benefits felt with fish), to that of their dogs - we’d be onto a winner!
Our strategic and integrated approach to advertising meant that Switch To Fish was rolled out across TV, social, micro-influencer, branding and various press campaigns. We championed the trend of humanised dogs everywhere and their desire for fish! The rollout has created a massive boost to brand and sales growth.
