Getting Real with Ordnance Survey in new campaign creative
Our latest work for OS Maps hits different.
Great brands solve real-life problems. And sometimes, the best ideas come from looking at something we all experience every day.
‘Get Real’ is built around a simple human truth: we’re spending more and more of our lives in digital worlds, while spending less time in the real one. From scrolling and streaming to working and socialising through screens, it’s never been easier to stay inside.
So, we set out to create a campaign that encourages people to do the opposite.
‘Get Real’ is a reminder to step away from the screen, break out of modern life’s boxes and rediscover everything that’s waiting outside. Whether that means heading off on a new adventure, exploring somewhere closer to home or simply getting a little more time in the outdoors, the idea is all about reconnecting with the real world.
From the initial insight through to the creative development, production and final execution, this has been a brilliant project to bring to life. It’s a campaign with a clear purpose, a strong human truth and, most importantly, an idea that feels completely at home for OS Maps.
We’re incredibly proud of the work and the team behind it, and even prouder to see the campaign out in the world.
A huge shout out to everyone at Ordnance Survey who helped push the vision and make ‘Get Real’ a reality.
