Monty Bojangles Brand Strategy Workshop

We've been working with Monty Bojangles to unlock their brand relevance, and better understand who to target and how to reach them to increase grocery sales. The strategic workshop at Truffle HQ looked to find the following:

Market Context - A deep dive into the market that Monty Bojangles are currently playing in, market opportunities and growth strategies.

Social Context- Understanding the mindset and key consumer trends to be aware of, giving us essential context around how people behave and feel aboutthe boxed chocolate / gifting category.

Media Context- Building an audience to target and understand how to reach them effectively.

Brand Context- Understanding where the brand can be most relevant in consumer lives and what message might resonate best.
