Condor Ferries were our first and are now are longest standing client. Activity includes TV, radio, press, digital and social, with media modelling in place to virtually predict results. Plus onboard design, print and video production.
We’ve shifted Condor Ferries from an a-b ferry to an experience-led brand. By using the emotion of travelling by sea, we could drive up price elasticity while keeping demand high.
We were appointed as creative lead on the P&O Cruises UK account as part of Carnival Cruises group, generating leads from press, digital and TV campaigns, including sponsorship of Downton Abbey
Our work not only helped to re-engage consumers with the brand and drive sales as a result, but it firmly positioned the brand as ‘Britain’s Favourite Cruise Line’. We continue to work with the iconic brand, bringing to life content across digital, print and key touch-points across the sales funnel.
With over 1,200 destinations across Europe, Eurolines carries more passengers than any other coach network. This competitive edge enabled us to position it as ‘Europe’s Favourite Coach’, giving reassurance to tentative travellers and helping to keep Eurolines ahead of its price-focused competitors.
Our work for Eurolines encompassed a fully integrated series of national campaigns. From website design and building, digital display and emails to radio print and OOH material, there isn't much media that didn't get a Eurolines treatment.
We developed a strategic and creative launch of Red Funnel’s new green initiative, culminating in painting their iconic ship funnel green! With brand carbon footprints becoming evermore scrutinised, we helped Red Funnel do their bit.
We developed onboard creative, their new ship livery, and a strategy for implementing the initiative over the next four years. From switching to Bio Fuels to power their ships, using reusable coffee cups onboard and even discount for hybrid and electric vehicles, Red is going green.
We work with Cunard as their digital support agency, which included creating and developing Cunard's online Toolkit, a website that serves a monumental purpose in delivering consistent communications across their entire brand and travel partners.
The Toolkit acts as a central hub that anyone with access can read, view and download the latest campaign materials from Cunard. The Toolkit is now live and in full swing, and we'll be continually updating it with each new campaign from Cunard.
Great Rail Journey's
Great Rail Journey's came to us to help broaden their reach with their first venture into TV advertising. Although the destinations are beautiful, half the pleasure of a rail holiday is the journey itself.
To dramatise the romance of travelling by rail we created a piece of poetry inspired by WH Auden’s ‘The Night Mail’ – reflecting the unique rhythm of the train and positioning Great Rail Journeys as an elegant choice for those wishing to explore the world. The creative drove an unprecedented volume of enquiries, which resulted in the campaign being extended and repeated again later in the year
Our brand work for Hurtigruten focuses on unlocking the wonders of the world through expedition cruises. Hurtigruten is a daily passenger and freight shipping service that operates along the Norwegian coastline, providing its passengers with the perfect view of breath-taking fjords. However, the main attraction for its UK customer base is always the world famous Northern Lights.
As Hurtigruten travel within the Arctic Circle the chance of seeing the Aurora Borealis is incredibly high, so our ‘Northern Lights Promise’ campaign separated them from other operators, and gave consumers a compelling reason to book with the brand.
Our work for French ferry company Brittany Ferries spans over 12 years - working on French and Spanish routes, winning a CIMTIG Travel Gold Award for most effective campaign.
The ferry brand is a key gateway to Europe as an alternative to flying, so bringing to life the brand's travel experience is essential.

Isle of Wight Tourism – almost 20 years co-ordinating the activities of commercial partners to produce awareness and lead generation campaigns on TV, in magazines and newspapers.
Bournemouth Airport – promoting a developing range of airline partners and holiday destinations to a local audience.
Southern Tourist Board – the regional tourist board responsible for promoting the central south coast region and all of its resorts and attractions.
