The Challenge:

Thomas Westcott has more offices across the South West than any other firm. The problem was they only appeared visible to existing clients! We were chosen to rebrand them, build a new website, and implement a strategy to raise their profile and attract bigger commercial clients.

Our Solution

This began with a new name and a change in mindset. A striking and confident new look and feel was rolled out across every office and touchpoint, with a new tone of voice that elevates the brand from parochial to a single-minded UK Top 50 brand leader in the South West. We balanced modern and fintech brand assets with a personal approach, by bringing all of their offices, signage, staff and clients together, with a nod to their heritage too with colours representing the sea and land.
